Four Things All New Artists Should Avoid

If you’re on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat…ANY social media platform I’m pretty sure you’ve seen or fallen victim to one of these scenrios! This video was informative and hilarious, especially coming from someone who works in media.

Someone just starting their music career is faced with a lot of choices. And time and time again, we’ve seen new artists make the same mistakes. Whether it’s Twitter spamming, not preparing for a live show, or remixing a pop hit, here are some common pitfalls every new artist should avoid.

I love when I stumble dope artists that I’ve never heard of before. If you close your eyes this artist’s ethnicity/race wouldn’t be recognizable; with the exception of the opening bars.

Music is universal, it’s colorful yet colorless, it’s metaphors spin tales of ones life or stories that have been passed down. Lyricks ‘Can’t Breathe’ track speaks volumes even 1 year later…
